The law of Moon Night

Everyone watches at the same time.

On the night of 20 July 1969, Brazil watched the first steps on the Moon live, relayed by satellite through the new earth station at Tanguá near Rio. Neighbours crowded around the few televisions on the street, and the Moon itself had already set.
